While we have not visited every restaurant in Tagaytay, we did visit a lot this year (20). This is my top list of restaurants, ones I can recommend, and in no particular order.
Amare Tagaytay
This lovely restaurant located in Tagaytay (beside Twinlakes) is one to try if you’re craving for Italian dishes. We tried their Quattro-Formaggi Spinach Pizza, Truffle Pasta, and 4 Cheese Lasagna and they were all so so great.
Cabezera
Do you know that restaurant with a big Butterfly-themed Garden dining? This is it. Their Sinigang na Bulalo was fantastic! The Tuna Belly we ordered was also on-point. Added bonus: They have fantastic view of the lake.
Ka Tunying's
If you’re craving for some really delicious Filipino cuisine, this restaurant is worth your visit. Located at Vista Point, Tagaytay, they have a really good ambiance. And yes, Taal view and all. Try their Pansit Cantonio Taberna – OMG I miss it already!
Mary Grace Café at Twin Lakes
I know there are Mary Grace branches probably near where you are in the Philippines but the branch in Tagaytay is huge and of course, with a really nice calming view. Located in Twin Lakes, this resto is one to visit for sure. Everything was delicious – as in.
Pamana Restaurant
If you haven’t been to Pamana yet, I suggest you schedule your trip now. Like right now. I am still dreaming of their Kare-Kare Boneless Pata and Original Bagnet. I recommend going there during weekdays if you can because they are usually booked (full) during the weekends (all based from experience). Fantastic food. Lovely ambiance.
